PHOTOS: Buttigieg joins Bowser at new Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg joined D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser at the construction site of the new on Wednesday. They toured the bridge, and Bowser delivered a speech about the American Jobs Plan. The new bridge is set to open in the fall.
