A breezy and cool start to the work week is in store following Sunday night’s storms, Storm Team4 Meteorologist Somara Theodore said.
Monday is expected to be mostly dry with some sunshine and cooler air.
The sunshine comes after a flash flood watch was in effect for parts of Maryland, D.C. and Virginia until 2 a.m. Monday.
