WASHINGTON — Evidently, potholes are good for more than just destroying car tires.
They are works of art. Well, at least Claudia Ficca and Davide Luciano think so. Via , the pair went to famous cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Toronto then turned their potholes into canvases for art.
