Two dead in Loudoun County murder-suicide

WASHINGTON – An apparent murder-suicide Tuesday night in Aldie, Va. leaves a husband and wife dead and a grandmother in the hospital.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office was first called to the townhouse on the 41700 block of Eloquence Square around 10:30 p.m. after someone heard shots.

The two who died appear to be a husband and wife, Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman tells ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵapp. Two teenagers and a woman described as their grandmother were also inside the home.

While the teens weren’t hurt, the grandmother was taken to the hospital with a serious but not life-threatening wound to her arm.

No names have been released and the investigation is ongoing.
