WASHINGTON – A bus with students from a Tae Kwon Do school in Herndon was involved in a crash Wednesday afternoon and two children were hurt.
Herndon police say the crash happened just before 4 p.m. outside of the shopping center where the HK Lee school is located on Sunset Park Drive at Spring Street.
A car traveling eastbound on Sunset Park Drive clipped the bus as it was leaving the shopping center.
Police say two of the children on the bus were taken to a local hospital with very minor injuries.
Police are still investigating the crash.
