WASHINGTON – So much for hook, line and sinker.
A man that looks to have been trying to feed fish off a pier got a surprise when a massive fish jumped out of the water and latched onto his arm. Bystanders helped the man get the fish – apparently a tarpon – off his arm before he became a complete meal.
