WASHINGTON – Talk about calling an audible.
reports former Washington Redskins quarterback Jason Campbell and his fiancee had more than 160 guests fly to an exclusive resort in the Dominican Republic for their wedding last weekend.
Only one problem: The guests were informed at a welcoming party that the wedding had been called off.
Campbell tells the Post he and fiancee Jenny Montes decided to “put things off,” although it’s not clear if the cancellation was merely a postponement.
Campbell says the couple still turned their trip into a vacation.
