The Lime Fresh Mexican Grill . is shooting for a January opening.
The restaurant is the first in the area for the chain, which is family of restaurants. Like Nando’s Peri-Peri, you order at the counter when you visit, but still get table service and silverware.
The restaurant will occupy about 2,000 square feet of space. An exact opening date has not been named.
Update: The store plans to open Jan. 16.
