WASHINGTON — Is your bracket in tatters? Are you denying you ever made any March Madness predictions at all?

Well, you’re hardly alone in your failure: that 657 out of 18,797,085 brackets picked all four of the teams headed to the Final Four in Phoenix. That’s 0.001 percent, and that’s with a relative gimme included: North Carolina, which was a Final Four pick on 43 percent of brackets.
