WASHINGTON 鈥� A college student from Rockville has died following an off-campus fight with one of his fraternity brothers in Pennsylvania.
Police told s that Caleb Zwieg, a 20-year-old student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and member of Phi Delta Theta, was 鈥渃hoked out鈥� during a fight on Friday night. He died at a hospital Saturday morning.
