WASHINGTON — Detectives in Montgomery County are asking for the public’s help finding a 20-year-old woman.
Erin Carter of Rockville was last seen near the iPic Theater at 11830 Old Georgetown Road around聽4:20 p.m. Monday. She is 5 feet 1 inch tall abut about 150 pounds. Her eyes are brown and she has black聽hair.
Her family is concerned for Carter’s well-being.
