WASHINGTON — Nothing says “springtime” quite like a coating of snow.
As the East Coast rubbed its eyes in disbelief at the forecast for Wednesday, Mother Nature showed she was in no rush for warm weather.

Heavy snow now falling in Western Loudoun. Driving up hill toward Purcellville, felt slush. Off main route, plow just went by w blade down, so it's as sticking on roadways.
