After a rainy Sunday morning, the rain has moved out of the area and skies have cleared. But the day’s soggy start has still prompted the National 蜜桃视频app Service to issue a coastal advisory for parts of D.C.

Although the rain has ended, streams and creeks have risen due to the rainfall from this morning, said the National 蜜桃视频app Service.
A coastal flood advisory is in effect until 10 p.m. in D.C. The National 蜜桃视频app Service says shoreline inundation is possible along portions the seawall next to Ohio Drive and Hains Point. The Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial could also see shoreline inundation.
A coastal flood advisory means that onshore winds and tides will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
A flood warning that was in effect for parts of Virginia was canceled early.
FORECAST
As for the rest of the day, it will remain partly sunny, warm and unseasonably humid.
Rain has moved out of the area, and skies are gradually clearing out from west to east. Dry conditions are expected to persist through the remainder of the afternoon.
